I haven't received my order (placed through threadandleather.com)

We do our best to ship Kits within three business days, however there are times when inventory needs will dictate a delay. Finished (sewn for you) Wallets will generally ship within seven business days. You will receive email from us confirming your order has been received and you will also be sent an email confirming shipping. 

I haven't received my order (placed on Kickstarter.com)

As of January 2017, we are cautiously confident that all backers have been contacted and the final 1% of rewards are shipping soon. If you are a Kickstarter Backer who has not received your reward, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Thank you so much your patience and support!!
